Terms and Conditions
Registration for the ASM is subject to the following terms. By completing your registration, you agree to these conditions.
Cancellation and Refunds
No refunds will be issued except in extraordinary circumstances and at the discretion of the ASM Organising Committee.
Note: You may transfer your registration to another person within your organisation at no cost until 10 August 2026.
Event Alteration or Cancellation (Force Majeure)
In the event that the ASM is cancelled, postponed, or moved to a virtual-only format due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of COGNO (including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, or government-mandated restrictions), COGNO’s liability is limited to a refund of the registration fee paid. COGNO is not liable for any collateral costs, such as airfares or accommodation. We strongly recommend attendees hold independent travel insurance.
Attendee List and Privacy
COGNO operates under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

Attendee List: Relevant details (title, name, and organisation) will be included in the delegate list provided to attendees, sponsors, and key suppliers. If you do not wish to be included in this list, please tick the opt-out box during registration.

Data Use: Information collected is used for the planning and conduct of this ASM and to inform you of future relevant COGNO events. You may opt out of future marketing at any time.

Access: You have the right to access and correct your personal information held by COGNO by contacting our Privacy Officer at events@ncevents.com.au
Photography and Recording
By attending the ASM, you acknowledge that you may be photographed, filmed, or recorded. COGNO reserves the right to use these materials for future promotional and educational purposes. If you have specific concerns regarding your image being used, please notify the registration desk on arrival.

One ticket to the Welcome Function & Poster Walkaround at the Adelaide Convention Centre
Tickets for the Conference Dinner at the National Wine Centre can be purchased for $140pp (or $150pp after 6 July).
Tickets can be purchased for Accompanying Persons to attend the Welcome Function and Conference Dinner. These can be purchased as an optional add-on through the online registration portal.

Please note that COGNO 2026 is a fully face to face meeting.
NSA Thursday Day Pass
COGNO meeting delegates will have access to all COGNO and NSA sessions on Wednesday, reflecting the joint program for that day.
COGNO delegates may upgrade their registration, for a small additional fee, to allow free movement between the COGNO and NSA concurrent sessions on Thursday. To access NSA sessions on the Friday, COGNO delegates will need to register directly with NSA at the day rate
Sponsor a Delegate
COGNO is committed to building neuro-oncology knowledge and capacity in the Asia-Pacific region. During registration you have the opportunity to support a delegate from an Asian country to attend the COGNO ASM and participate in a week-long preceptorship with local experts.
